Convict Jack

Jack’s mother is a convict on board the Lady Penryn, one of the eleven ships which was destined to establish the British colony of New South Wales in 1787. From the moment he is ordered aboard, he is subject to all manner of experiences, some funny, some tragic and others downright scary, that he describes in great detail as he endures the eleven-month journey to Botany Bay. It was published by Eureka House in 2013.

Abbie in the Abbey

Although meticulously researched and written in a style to suit a pre-pubescent reader Abbie in the Abbey has yet to find a publisher. It involves a meeting between a young girl and the ghost of the uncrowned Edward V, one of the two sons of Edward IV, better known as the princes in the tower.
